You agree to provide any documentation requested by byucasino for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Approval. byucasino reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
During registration, byucasino will collect your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information is used for identity verification, account management, and compliance purposes as described in the byucasino Privacy Policy.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your byucasino login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify byucasino immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your byucasino account. byucasino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.3 byucasino strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. byucasino's support team will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
4.4 Any activity conducted through your byucasino account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have previously notified byucasino of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 4.2.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. byucasino accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. byucasino does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the byucasino cashier page and may be updated from time to time. byucasino reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on byucasino are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.5 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits through the byucasino account dashboard as part of the platform's responsible gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits may not be increased for a cooling-off period as specified in the Responsible Gaming Policy.
6.1 Verified Accounts Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed byucasino's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity verification.
6.2 Own Payment Methods. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. byucasino will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 Processing Times. byucasino targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day where possible. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
6.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified on the byucasino cashier page. byucasino reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
6.5 Wagering Requirements. Funds derived from bonuses may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.
6.6 byucasino reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
7.1 byucasino may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. byucasino will clearly state the applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion.
7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. byucasino reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers where abuse is detected.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited without compensation.
7.5 byucasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. byucasino's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.
8.1 All games available on byucasino are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
8.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on byucasino use independently certified RNG technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published and subject to regular third-party audit.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, byucasino reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the player's account. byucasino is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

10.1 byucasino is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. byucasino provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all registered players.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from byucasino may request self-exclusion through the account dashboard or by contacting byucasino support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11.1 All content on the byucasino platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of byucasino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the byucasino platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any byucasino content without prior written consent.
11.3 The byucasino name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of byucasino. Unauthorised use of byucasino trademarks is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, byucasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the byucasino Services.
12.2 byucasino's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your byucasino account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 byucasino does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. byucasino is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit byucasino's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.1 byucasino reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where byucasino reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
13.2 You may close your byucasino account at any time by contacting byucasino support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
13.3 Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
14.2 Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding byucasino's Services, you should first contact byucasino's customer support team. byucasino will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with byucasino's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
14.3 byucasino operates in compliance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory standards.
15.1 byucasino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, byucasino will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the byucasino platform prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the byucasino Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your account in accordance with clause 13.2.
